Salary/Hourly Rate: $18 - $22/hr Position Overview: The Assistant Buyer will work with the lead buyers to plan and implement buying strategies. As an Assistant Buyer, your contribution will be key in supporting the smooth operations of our purchasing department! Responsibilities of the Assistant Buyer: * Assist lead buyer with daily buying implementation * Participating in vendor meetings and product selection processes * Assist in managing the purchase order process from creation to delivery * Regular inventory review and market research Qualifications for the Assistant Buyer: * 1 to 3 years of experience in a buying role or similar within the retail industry, internships are a plus * Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Education Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required Benefits: * Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility.
