Job Responsibilities Under the general supervision of the Outreach and Service Provider Manager, the Housing and Service Provider Coordinator is responsible for housing-related case management duties for institutionalized and community-based SCDPPPS offenders, the recruitment and onboarding of service providers to the Service Provider Directory (SPD), auditing the SPD to maintain accurate reflections of provider and provider details and activity status, maintaining and distributing approved providers lists, conducting Quality Assurance Evaluations and investigations of providers, and assisting with additional ongoing projects. Minimum and Additional Requirements A high school diploma and relevant program experience. Preferred Qualifications A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
