Divergent is a qualified Tier 1 supplier to global automotive OEMs, and Divergent is now expanding to support mission critical needs in the Aerospace and Defense sector. $104,000 - $130,000 a year Purpose Our Talent team is responsible for supporting the companies best-in-class team, as well as strategically managing our hiring pipelines to help us find the very best to join our company. On this team, you are given the opportunity to work across many teams and projects, while also helping to set the tone for the company values and culture. In addition to recruiting, you will also support employer brand efforts, as well as networking events, career fairs and more. The Role * Full life cycle recruitment across all companies (DTI, DII, CZV) oPartners with manager to kick off requisitions (need to hire, define role, level, job description, targets, referrals, develop strategy, down selecting criteria, interview team) oWorks with the manager to create the job description including level oSources, screens and advances most qualified candidates oEnsures OFCCP compliance through basic qualifications oOrganizes and coordinates interviews oSchedules and manages debrief meetings with interview team to finalize hiring decisions oCollaborates with managers to formulate offers oEffectively negotiating candidate offers Basic Qualifications * Bachelors degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; or associates degree and 7+ years of experience; or 10+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree * 3+ years of experience working in Recruiting Operations at a rapidly growing company Preferred Qualifications * Experience with in-house recruiting * Experience recruiting mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing and software engineers * Experience with high volume recruiting * Experience recruiting technicians and other non-exempt roles * Strong tenure with demonstrated success in recruiting roles * Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields * Demonstrated expertise in non-standard recruiting methods: cold calling candidates and companies, organizing and executing ad hoc networking events, identifying industry experts and finding unique methods to engage with them, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns, etc. * Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers including director and VP level technical leaders * Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates * Ability to accurately present but not oversell candidates to client groups; influence decisions by acting as the subject matter expert on talent but avoid dictating client decisions * Ability to multi-task and operate with little direction while still being an active team member What You'll Get : Holistic Compensation Package: Enjoy a world-class compensation package that includes a competitive salary, equity plan, and discretionary results-based incentive bonus opportunities, ensuring you're truly valued for your contributions.
