The team is consistently sought out for risk/control advisory services and provides innovative, respected, timely, and valued data driven risk/control insight. Internal Audit anticipates risk to influence improvements in the changing global risk/control environment. We provide advisory and assurance services to address enterprise risk aligned with strategic priorities and overall enterprise organizational goals. About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our Internal Audit team in one of our offices (in Atlanta, Dublin, Amsterdam). This role is primarily focused on Data Analysis and Data Engineering. The successful candidate will be managing a development team within the Internal Audit Department that manage all stages of the development process to create imaginative and engaging solutions that answer key business questions. They will play a crucial role in handling and manipulating data (financial and other data), collaborating with our various stakeholders to create insightful reports, automating audit processes, and bringing a fresh perspective to the team and department. The role offers opportunities for advanced training in Power BI, Python, SQL, MS Fabric, and other relevant technologies. It will also offer support for ongoing professional training and development tailored to individual needs and business requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain ETL pipelines, Python and SQL Server scripts, and dashboards. * Collaborate with audit teams to help drive process improvements by understanding and automating audit processes. * Perform peer reviews of team members' work. * Maintain and update documentation of workflows, processes, and pipeline designs. What you need to succeed: Required: * Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, data science or similar fields. * At least four years professional work experience. * Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Mining skills. * Solid experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. * Strong SQL and Python/R is essential. * Proficiency in designing and developing ETL pipelines (MS Fabric, Alteryx etc). * Big Data/Cloud, API, and machine learning experience is desirable. * Microsoft 365 stack and DevOps. Desired: * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in English essential, and Spanish is desirable. * Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, making complex data more navigable and bringing insights to the fore. * Passionate about accuracy and data integrity. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Friendly and willing to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Eager to learn and improve continuously. * Ability to translate business requirements into delivered solutions. * Open to exploring new approaches and challenging existing processes for greater efficiency.
