Job Description: As the Human Resources Director of WSL, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, recruiting, training, benefits administration, and maintaining compliance with state regulations. Key responsibilities include: * Lead HR operations, including payroll oversight, recruitment, onboarding, training, and resolving personnel issues. * Maintain current job descriptions and ensure compliance with NH state licensing requirements. * Oversee the HR Recruiter and ensure efficient daily operations. * Manage company payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. * Monitor and process payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and benefit changes. * Coordinate annual open enrollment process and benefits administration. * Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations. * Maintain personnel filing systems and employee records. * Monitor unemployment claims and assist with appeals. * Promote a positive company culture and support employee development. Requirements: * Five or more years of HR experience. * Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP/SCP Certification preferred. * Ongoing professional development and participation in conferences and organizations. * Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office suite.
