The company, privately held, is headquartered in Denver, Colorado with offices throughout the world. Overview he University Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable internship talent for the organization. This position reports to the SVP, People & Culture This position may be located in either: New York, Los Angeles, Denver, or Austin The salary range is $87,000 - $93,000/ year For FT roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays). Responsibilities * Support the centralized talent acquisition process for interns and fellows throughout the organization. * Be the point of contact for all colleges and universities. * Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process for interns and fellows. * Collaborate with the Director of DEI department to create a diversity campus recruitment strategy. * Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions to provide intern's experiential learning during the internship. * Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. * Solicit and coordinate summer speakers for Summer Internship sessions. * Lead all aspects of the Summer Internship Program including scheduling, marketing, hosting sessions, tracking, recording sessions and making them available for reuse. * Be the point of contact for interns while working at Oak View Group * Recruit, interview and select Pollstar Live Student Ambassadors * Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Initiative-taking and independent decision making * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent people skills with good negotiation tactics. * Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. * Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. * Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software (ICIMs) or other recruitment systems. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. * Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. * Facilities experience preferred. Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred. * At least five years' experience with all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred. * Minimum two plus (2+) years of experience in campus recruitment * SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred. * SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
