* Instructs & evaluates students in the Ohio Fire Academy's various training programs. * Ensures student safety in classroom & on training grounds. * Counsels' students & conducts skill testing (i.e., IFSAC Accreditation) * Reviews, analyzes, & evaluates programs, methods, materials & equipment to ensure compliance with NFPA standards (e.g., makes recommendations to improve lesson plans, assists in setting up resident programs, provides input for new course development & updates current courses. * Tracks and maintains student course records. THIS POSITION IS FULL TIME PERMANENT HQ OUT OF THE DIVISION OF STATE FIRE MARSHAL IN REYNOLDSBURG, OH.
