YOUR MISSION: As our founding Deal Desk Manager you will streamline sales processes, enhance sales productivity, and ensure effective utilization of our commercial tech stack to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our all US commercial teams to identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and leverage data analytics to inform strategic decisions. You will act as a bridge between the commercial team and the Revenue Operations team, to achieve business objectives. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: * Strategic Pricing and Deal Structuring: * Developing and implementing pricing models across various customer segments. * Craft tailored deal proposals incorporating volume discounts, tiered pricing, and bundling strategies. * Cross-functional Coordination and Collaboration: * Coordinate effectively across departments to facilitate consensus on deals. * Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve deal-related challenges. * Experience collaborating closely with global partners and C levels * Compliance and Governance: * Ensure adherence to internal policies and industry regulations such as ISO 27001 and SOC2. * Conduct detailed compliance reviews and manage documentation for audits. * Process Optimization and Technology Utilization: * Optimize sales processes to reduce friction and standardize procedures. * Utilize CRM, CPQ, and project management software to streamline deal management. * Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: * Assess deal performance analytically and implement strategic improvements. * Address and overcome challenges in the deal process through problem-solving. Our Tech-stack: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, Dreamdata WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: * Experience developing pricing strategies for B2B SaaS Products. * Experience with industry regulations such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications. * Proficiency with CRM, CPQ, and project management tools. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Analytical skills. NICE TO HAVE: * Project Management Certifications. * Experience in Sales Operations. * Degree in Commercial Law or related field.
