Your Role We're looking for someone excited to lead transformative projects that enhance user experiences and streamline operations within our dynamic engineering team. As an Engineering Program Manager, you'll play a key role in driving company-wide strategies, working closely with our engineering leaders to address scaling challenges, and implementing innovative solutions. You'll be involved in strategic analysis, contribute to goal-setting, and ensure the success of projects from start to finish across teams. What You'll Do * Partner with senior leaders to lead and implement company-wide strategic projects. * Conduct strategic analysis to drive meaningful changes, designing and deploying complex business and engineering processes. * Collaborate closely with our Head of Engineering to define and guide the strategy and roadmap for the organization. * Use your technical knowledge to engage with engineering and product teams, ensuring project progress, timelines, and deliverables are met. * Communicate effectively, using your presentation skills to keep all teams informed and aligned on the progress of initiatives. * Manage partnerships and gather requirements with external partners and vendors. What We're Looking For * 5 to 8 years of experience as an engineering program manager in a fast-paced environment.
