It monitors to comply with the policies and procedures of the company. Maintains continuous communication about goal, marketing strategies and other information for the area. Responsible for identifying opportunities in the assigned regions, whether in communities, private companies, government and / or municipalities in order to promote our Brand. Serves as liaison between the Marketing Promoter Supervisor and Marketing Promoters. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Ensures the quality processed in documentation and activity. * Monitors on a daily basis the performance and productivity of the Marketing Promoters assigned to your region. * Implements strategies and actions to meet established sales goals. * Completed and delivered documentation and information within required time frames. * Identify (opportunities) places, social services agencies and any other community organization to promote products and services. * Assists and support current strategic initiatives that will drive member growth. * Coordinate promotional activities to position the brand of the Group, with the aim of achieving the objectives of their assigned regions. * Achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales goals for the Unit. * Complete administrative paperwork to maintain smooth operations and log activities. * Performed periodic evaluations to Marketing Promoters to seeking improve in areas of opportunity. * Monitors compliance with federal, state and local regulations that apply to the Medicare Advantage market. * Maintain good communication and relationship with their superiors and colleagues, not only for the department but working with other areas of the company who work together. * Ensures proper inventory for marketing materials. * Ensure responsible management of promotional material and equipment. * Report daily production as agreed with Marketing Promoters Supervisor or head of the area. * Be available to support activities and initiatives of the department, including the different regions plus other company departments as needed. * Liaison with office assistants to facilitate daily transmission documentation. * Other duties as assigned according with the position and/or head of area. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Health, preferable, with 1 to 3 years of related experience preferable in the Health Insurance Industry.
