SUMMARY: The Farm Laborer assists with basic equipment maintenance, lawncare, inventory and also provides routine farm maintenance. This position will also be responsible for hauling hay, dirt and feed as necessary. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: · Operate heavy farm equipment· Welding and maintenance· Manage maintenance shop inventory· Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning.· Repair fences, paint buildings and provide routine farm maintenance.· Perform landscaping and weeding tasks.· Tend to animals. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position will not have direct supervisory responsibility. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE · RequiredCDLClean driving recordHigh School diploma or equivalent
