What you'll do: * Collaborate with top executives to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities for the company's growth and success. * Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform decision-making and develop strategic plans. * Develop and present recommendations to senior management based on findings and analysis. * Identify key market trends and competitors to inform strategic initiatives. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive implementation of strategic plans and initiatives. * Monitor and track progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management. * Identify and address potential risks and challenges in executing strategic plans. * Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies and make recommendations for improvements. * Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to inform strategic decision-making. * Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to support their professional development. * Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. What do you need? * MBA or equivalent practical experience. * 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree. * 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders. * 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives. * Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills. * Strong critical thinking skills to draw conclusions from various data sources and analyze data objectively while applying logical thought and proffering solutions. * Collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams and maturity to interact with senior executives across departments. Technology Skills: * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools. * Familiarity with business intelligence tools and software (e.g., Microstrategies, Tableau). * Understanding of CRM systems and other business strategy-related technologies. * Familiarity with FIS IBS, Payplus and Finzly systems a plus.
