We are seeking a skilled and innovative Recruitment Marketing Digital Strategist to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our employer brand and optimizing our recruitment process through the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that drive candidate engagement. Key Responsibilities * Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, job boards, email, and the company's career site. * Identify key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns. * Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content that attracts and retains candidates. * Produce multimedia content (videos, infographics, blog posts, etc.) that highlights the company's culture, values, and job opportunities. * Manage and grow the company's social media and job board presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Glassdoor and Indeed. * Work with the Talent Acquisition and marketing teams to strengthen and promote the company's employer brand across all digital platforms. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. * Three (3) to Five (5) years' experience in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or employer branding. * Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM. * Proficient in marketing automation tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative recruitment marketing strategies. * Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Other Info * Position Type: Full Time * Pay Target: 50K * Job City: Atlanta * Requisition Number: 510707
