The Recruiting Assistant works within a collaborative team to support campus firm-wide recruitment efforts. This role will report to the Recruiting Manager. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: * Provide firm-wide recruitment support across all offices. This position supports full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding. * Provide candidate scheduling and coordination support from first rounds through candidate debriefs, handles candidate communications and logistics as well as manages the collection of interviewer feedback. * Communicate both written and verbally with candidates, hiring committees, and campus partners. * Manage the applicant tracking system, monitor recruiter inbox, and oversee applicant tracking/applicant flow processes in real time. * Assist with the onboarding process for new hires including but not limited to offer letter generation, initiation of background check, and review of results and completeness. * Play an integral part in recruiting event planning and execution. * Enhance processes to ensure seamless candidate experience through each stage of the recruitment process. * Process and track invoices. * Respond to candidate inquiries via email and phone. * Assist in the planning and execution of the summer internship program. * Collaborate with broader HR team on strategic projects and initiatives. * No direct reports. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required. Strong academic credentials preferred. * An ideal candidate has 1-3 years of post-undergraduate work experience. * Recruiting experience in a professional services environment preferred. * Able to juggle multiple assignments at once in a fast-paced environment. * Team player, flexibility to contribute wherever needed. * Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * The ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred. * Exposure to applicant tracking software preferred, experience with iCIMS is a plus. * An inclusive and growth-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work across differences. * To the extent permitted by applicable law, eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship or restriction, now and in the future.
