Overview Employer: Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits, LLC Job Title: Senior Manager, Quality Assurance Commercial Location: 2400 SW 145th Avenue, Miramar, FL 33027 Duties * Lead technology teams across the Enterprise Technology Partners (ETP) organization, including the Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), business solutions, enterprise architecture, and infrastructure. * Instill and foster an Agile, Development Operations (DevOps), and Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET) culture to the entire team. * Define business objectives and tactical operations to achieved defined objectives. * Engage technical and business teams to ensure the team's direction, priority, and focus enable corporate success. * Deliver proactive, business-focused information technology (IT) series that enable rapid business growth and smooth business operations. * Coordinate priorities between the IT department and user departments. * Oversee technical team in collaboration with vendor and other support teams for problem resolution. * Seek opportunities to increase internal client satisfaction and strengthen client relationship. * Drive process and technology changes throughout the organization in support of business objectives. * May telecommute but must reside near Miramar, Florida headquarters or Dallas, Texas office. Requirements * Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science or related field; plus 5 years of experience in job offered or similar occupation. * Knowledge of ERP, Selenium (Java), Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and CI/CD (Jenkins). * Experience with end-to-end software quality management in direct-to-consumer eCommerce, digital, and SAP ERP; Waterfall and Agile software development processes, CI/CD, and DevOps; and environment provisioning, data refresh, setup tools, and processes.
