Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or Onsite As the Associate Manager, Analytics & Insights you will interpret business requests and query data to develop highly engaging dashboards and reports using Stryker's complex data ecosystem. What you will do * Partner with the Instruments Commercial Analytics team as the business owner to drive increased data literacy and adoption of data-driven insights, including collaboration to develop and deliver training and consultations on how to use data and insights to drive decisions. * Support the creation and delivery of data-driven tactical & strategic guidance to business stakeholders. * Collaborate with data engineering and commercial functional teams to develop new analytics tools & insights. * Consult and gather client business requirements, ensuring key objectives are identified. * Build Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements, working, efficiently with large data sets to derive insights. * Maintain thorough documentation of internal processes/procedures and projects. * Support the development and maintenance of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics. * Analyze data and provide actionable insights/recommendations to improve overall performance, communicating insights through compelling visualizations and storytelling. * Perform and oversee Quality Assurance (QA) and quality control activities to ensure the data integrity of new/existing reporting, including development and performance of User Acceptance Testing. What you need * Bachelor's degree is required. * 6+ years of work experience related to data analytics activities. * Experience with business intelligence and analytics in Power BI and DAX required. * Proven thought-leadership in effectively interpreting and communicating analytical content required. * Demonstrated database query skills required. * Experience with SQL and M is preferred. * Knowledge of database management preferred. * Experience with project management and/or business analysis preferred. * Experience within medical device industry or related industry preferred. * Familiarity with Stryker Instruments products and applicable procedures preferred. $112,800 - $239,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
