Use a flexible, analytical approach to design, develop and evaluate predictive models and advanced algorithms that lead to optimal value execution from sets of data. You'll Bring These Qualifications: * US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance. * University Degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related discipline * 10+ years of experience in related discipline * Expertise with the AMSAA Reliability Growth Assessment Process or similar reliability models. * Knowledge and practical experience using a variety of machine learning techniques, for example: linear regression, logistic regression, support vector machines, anomaly detection, clustering and classification algorithms * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Autonomous, independent researcher * Flexible, resourceful, and able to learn general full-stack development skills * Able and willing to learn new skills quickly * Strong communication skills and able to help plan/guide small team These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: * Current Active DoD Secret Security Clearance. * Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent professional certification in statistics. * Experience in demand forecasting, risk management, developing statistical models and simulations, data mining to identify and complete trend analysis, and risk assessments.
