Your Job Koch Recruiting is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team with a primary focus on Georgia-Pacific's IT organization. You will own the full cycle recruitment process for a range of technical needs across GP, which includes leveraging advanced sourcing capability and establishing trusted partnerships with the business. This role is based in one of our hub locations to include Atlanta, GA, Wichita, KS, Rochester Hills, MI, or Chicago, IL with a hybrid work schedule. What You Will Do * Own end-to-end recruitment process: Collaborating with hiring supervisors to develop effective recruitment strategies, evaluate internal and external candidates based on technical business needs and alignment with our principles. * Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, both internally and externally to Koch. * Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and best practices throughout the recruitment process. * Create a brand-worthy, inclusive candidate experience that helps us attract talent, making Georgia-Pacific a preferred employer in the marketplace. * Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their short and long-term needs. * Stay updated and advise the business on industry trends and market conditions to effectively attract top technical talent. * Adhere to and provide guidance on internal/external laws, regulations, compliance standards, and HR policies and procedures related to maintaining compliance throughout the selection process. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * IT Recruiting and/or Sourcing experience within a corporate environment * Experience utilizing Sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZoomInfo. * Experience cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with internal or external customers.
