Overview This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location: California The position is responsible for planning, developing, publishing, and managing strategic digital content and website marketing campaigns that drive revenue and sales referrals in alignment with bank goals and objectives. Supports line of business product and service launches and enhancements with clear and concise content that resonates with users across the Bank's websites and digital media. Provides conceptual content ideas and produces content assets that attract and compel engagement from customers and prospects across earned, owned, and paid platforms. Serves as a resource to department and senior staff partners on digital standards and best practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory governance for all marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Content Development- Conceives, creates, and publishes content to support bank objectives. Performs content audits and gap analyses to ensure the uniformity of content and its alignment with brand and business goals. Utilize analytics to monitor content and develop reporting to represent performance against plan. May monitor website storefronts and content to ensure digital marketing capabilities are effective and meeting Bank goals and objectives. Researches and maintains a strong current knowledge of consumer and market trends and changing conditions to shift design and content focus accordingly. Project Management - Leads content projects focusing on content development, design, information architecture and user experience that align with the Bank's goals and client-centered approaches. Makes recommendations on new content ideas, discuss the progress of current campaigns, and review the results of previous content campaigns. Maintains project budgets to include submitting estimates, and projecting return on investment ensuring all projects are completed within budget constraints. Monitors and analyzes marketing expenses and sales promotions to determine overall cost-effectiveness. Marketing - Cultivates digital marketing content targeted at driving traffic, engagement, generating leads, delivering sales, retaining customers, and building brand awareness. Work with internal and external collaborators and creative resources to deliver content assets that reflect the Bank's brand voice. Tests and implements innovative and relevant methods of measuring content, campaigns, and tools. Conducts competitor assessments and best practices analysis in support of projects. Collaboration - Works closely with design, user experience, line of business and marketing teams to ensure adherence to Bank standards, specifications, and branding. Communicates with department peers and senior staff segments to develop programs and ensure accuracy in all marketing and client-facing materials. Effectively manages the expectations of all audiences throughout Bank-sponsored communications. Effectively maintains a good balance of confidence and humility in all situations. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years experience in Digital, Information Technology or Marketing, or Interaction design -OR- High School Diploma or GED 8 years experience in Digital, Information Technology or Marketing, or Interaction design Preferred: Financial Services Industry referred are of study: HCI (Human Computer Interaction) or Interaction Design, Marketing Skill(s): Understanding of search engine optimization and familiarity with digital content operations. Current and experienced knowledge of web design, digital content, and marketing trends in the banking industry. Ability to assess business opportunities and develop content strategies with a focus on financial implications. Ability to understand risk and compliance implications within marketing strategy projects and campaigns. Ability to utilize a customer-centric mindset and design approach. If hired in California, the base pay for this position is generally between $93,150 and $142,830 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
