The Senior Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the selection, launch, and implementation of new products every quarter. This role requires strategic research, coordination with various departments, and ensuring seamless product integration across the company. The Senior Product Manager will act as the product expert, provide training, use data and research to understand user needs and manage the pricing strategy. They will be accountable for the profitability of each product. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * Lead the integration of technical and business objectives by developing compelling business cases for new products and spearheading cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful product launches. * Identify new business opportunities and analyze the market, competition, new technology, and industry developments to provide market-driven product solutions aligned to the business strategy. * Conduct market research and user experience studies in partnership with customers in their homes. * Develop comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs. * Define the product strategy, communicate clear customer requirements and translate how short-, mid- and long-term business results can be achieved. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product vision is aligned with company objectives. * Oversee all aspects of product launches, including product development, marketing, sales enablement, and operational readiness. * Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Develop in-depth product knowledge and become the go-to expert for sales, construction project managers, installers, and internal teams. * Trigger/initiate and follow through on Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) projects to retain profitability along the product life cycle. * Create compelling product presentations and sales tools. * Deliver comprehensive product training to sales, operations, and installation teams in collaboration with the training department. * Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling product messaging and creative content. * Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, product sheets, and online content. * Monitor the business during the lifecycle of the product, take corrective actions when needed to update pricing, refresh positioning, and continue product growth. * Measure product adoption, penetration to market, and cost of acquisition to ensure profitability. * Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, operations, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless product launch and lifecycle management objectives. * Performs other duties as assigned. SKILLS & ABILITIES: * Education & Experience: * Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Communications, or another related field. At least 10 years of previous product management experience; and any equivalent combination of education and experience. 10 years of industry experience. * Proven experience (15+ years) in a senior leadership role overseeing operations. * Strong knowledge and understanding of central service operational policies and procedures. * Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing operational strategies and plans to include but not limited to project management and change management. * Proficient in vendor management, negotiations, and contract administration. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. * Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive operational improvements. * SAP ERP Experience is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. * Highly organized and detail oriented. * Other: Must have the ability to develop expert knowledge of company products and methodologies. Must have the ability to develop management and leadership skills. * Computer Skills: Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Advanced skills with Asana. Ability to learn SAP CRM and ECC. Familiarity with IT systems and system configuration processes.
