Job Specifications: * Outlet: The Cliff House * Expected Pay Range: $25-$27.94 or salaried equivalent * Shift & Schedule Availability: 11 month * Skill Level: Advanced Job Responsibilities: * Manage the planning, development, and production of menu items * Oversee the culinary team including hiring, training and developing teammates, managing performance including reviews, and succession planning * Maintain standards for facility and food preparation, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations * Assist in budget process and forecasting for business, maintaining financial oversight of operational cost to budget * Oversee ordering/receiving, cost transfers, variance reports and inventory control of all food, beverages, and supplies purchased * Oversee BOH scheduling and labor controls to include weekly BOH payroll processing * Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelors or Culinary degree preferred * ServSafe certification or regional equivalent required * 3-5 years of restaurant experience, 3+ years of supervisory experience required * Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout a shift, lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. * Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends * Must be able to communicate fluently in English * Skiing or snowboarding is not a requirement for this job The expected pay range is $25 - $27.94.
