Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Conduct ground, simulator and flight training for new hire and transition pilots * Coordinate internally to ensure trainees meet the requirements of the Company and Part 135 IFR operations * Coordinate external training resources to meet demands of the Company's training schedule * Other duties as assigned by the Director of Training Please note that this position in based in Dallas, but requires significant travel. Simulator training is conducted at the Flight Safety Le Bourget Learning Center Requirements * Must meet all FAR 135.243(c) requirements for PIC in IFR conditions * ATP is and EMB-120 type rating preferred * CFI Required, with CFII and MEI preferred * Previous flight training and/or management experience preferred * Previous experience as a FAR 121 or 135 Captain preferred * First Class or Second Class Medical (First Class required for international operations) * FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit * Must meet airport badging requirements, including a TSA Security background check * Must have a valid Driver's License and meet all company insurance criteria * Current Passport * English Proficient * Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and travel unrestricted in and out of the U.S.
