Microsoft Entra organization develops cloud based native network security and identity services that play a foundation role to protect user and resources (applications, devices and data) access in a mobile first cloud first world. Within Microsoft Entra, Entra Developer and App Platform Business Unit (BU) is looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our team and help us grow our suite of offerings and expand our business portfolio. Our BU's mission is to create a thriving developer, app, and API platform that deliver world-class security, resilience, and capabilities. If you enjoy building innovative new products for developers and admins to easily add identity-driven experiences to any app or service, with simple, intuitive, and powerful app acquisition, management, automation, and governance experiences, this could be the role for you. As a senior member of the product executive team, you will manage a group of product managers to define and drive new network security and management capabilities that delight customers, partner closely with engineering to solve complex problems and deliver customer delightful capabilities, while working closely with finance and business planning to monetize offerings. Required/minimum qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development * OR equivalent experience. * 4+ years people management experience. Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Additional or preferred qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. * 6+ years people management experience. * Advanced understanding of security or networking or identity technologies * Experience interacting with enterprise customers, field and GTM teams * Participation and/or leadership in industry-wide conversations on identity or security. Product Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
