Key Responsibilities * Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. * Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. * Source and acquire new clients, focusing on the industry of forwarding freight * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proven track record in pipeline management, hit rates, and territory growth. Essential Qualifications * Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales within the transportation logistics industry. * Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. * Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. * Source and acquire new clients, focusing on the Forwarding Freight or medical/pharmaceutical device sectors. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proven track record in pipeline management, hit rates, and territory growth. * Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to their own vehicle.
