About you * 2+ years experience as a Restaurant/Venue Manager in the fast food/QSR industry * Experience leading and managing large high-performing teams * Direct engagement with budget & financials management, such as P&Ls, wastage and labour reports * Passion for people - customer & team empowerment first mindset * A hunger and drive to grow your business * Flexibility to work on a rotational roster across weekends and public holidays - we don't do overnights!
