The position: The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with property goals and objectives. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for helping our digital management team strategize how to most effectively drive online traffic to company websites and social media channels, generating leads, and improve brand awareness. Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company business goals and objectives. * Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including all internal marketing teams, to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns. * Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and display networks. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI. * Identify and recommend new digital marketing channels and technologies to drive innovation and growth. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry influencers. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving online traffic, generating leads, and improving brand awareness. * Strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to monitor and measure digital marketing performance. * Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Role requires various presentations with various stakeholders and clients. * Experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing campaign performance to maximize ROI. * Agency experience preferred but not required Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
