Job Description Who We Are We are Teledyne Energetics UK, part of the wider Teledyne UK group, who have been designing and developing solutions for the safety, arming, and initiation technology sector since 1984. What We are Looking For The successful candidate will be accountable for the control of product definition and associated processes and documentation in compliance with aerospace standards, to help assure the quality and compliance of the products, processes and working practices in an exciting and fast-moving environment focused on the design, development and manufacture of safety critical products. The Configuration Controller will report to the Quality Manager and will work directly with the site Engineering and Manufacturing teams on a day-to-day basis. Other duties and responsibilities of the role will include: * Checking and administration of Engineering Change Requests. * Maintenance of material master data in the site SAP ERP system. * Maintenance of product BOM data. * Maintenance of product routings. * Development of product data packs for New Product Introduction in conjunction with the Engineering and Manufacturing teams. * Ensuring adherence to the organisations processes. * Control of project documentation versions. We would really like to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following skills and experience: * Experienced in use of ERP / MRP software, preferably SAP. * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. * Experience in an aerospace or similar industry desirable. * Adaptable, with good attention to detail and quality mind-set. * Computer literate, using MS platforms such as Excel, Word, Outlook. * Ability to manage own time and workload. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to gain full UK Security clearance once in the business.
