Overview: Responsible for supporting the Sublimation production team as needed with work order flow, through daily operation of commercial sewing machines; specific to development, construction, size specifications and quality of Sublimation customer orders. Some additional responsibilities including assisting with daily improvement processes, efficiency SOPs, and vendor supply management. Weekly Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Hourly rate starts at $14.00/hr Responsibilities: * Follow established standard operating procedures to complete construction of customer orders * Ensure quality standards are maintained during production * Confirm orders are accurate, for quantities, fabric type and size specifications * Assist the Sublimation Team as needed * Identify and communicate issues that may potentially create order delays * Provide ideas and suggestions for improvement of processes; participate in efficiency evaluation as needed. * Complete position specific training Matrix and engages in continuous development utilizing a development plan to further professional growth and effectiveness * Uphold Champion Teamwear's Mission and Values.
