Job Description: As a Business Communications Executive Writer, Investor Relations for the company and CEO you will represent the voice of the organization as well as our leaders (CFO, CEO, Investor Relations) here at Pitney Bowes. A successful Business Communications Executive Writer will bring a blend of creative and strategic thinking to a rapidly evolving business. A proven track record in journalism or public relations, experience in investor relations, and the ability to represent the business as needed at the direction of the CEO. You Will: * Develop engaging communications for our CEO that resonate on a global scale * Help our executive leadership teams share the right messages to achieve business goals * Lead communications projects reaching media and investors, including press releases, earnings calls, by-lines and investor decks * Focus on promoting business news and CEO announcements through a series of channels. For example (but not limited to) internal announcements, social media content, external messages to create interest and awareness * Work with the CHRO as well as the communications owners to build-out the Company story, recognition of team members and programs. This may include campaigns, presentations, and internal/external events * Develop, write, and post content on the Company's newsroom and intranet sites * Maintain an organized communications calendar to keep everything running smoothly * Support social/external media channels to reach out to media, employees and thought leaders regarding Company. * Proactively promote team successes through appropriate channels You Have: * A bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a related field * 7-10 years of experience in journalism, public relations, or a related field * A deep understanding of business and financial concepts * A desire to work in a fast-paced environment for a rapidly evolving company * A talent for turning complex ideas into clear, compelling stories * Proven ability to produce top-notch work under tight deadlines * Strong collaboration skills, especially with senior leadership * Experience working for a large employer with a global footprint; preferred * Preference for candidates in the Fairfield County area, we're open to remote candidates who can travel regularly to Fairfield County To be consider: Please submit your resume along with writing samples that highlight your ability to create engaging business communications.
