Sr. Process Engineer Location: Woodridge, IL Onsite As a Sr. Process Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of Woodridge continuous improvement in accordance with stakeholder requirements (License to operate, legal, fiscal, HR, SHE and Quality) and requirements of supply. You'll also oversee the toll manufacturing technology and improvements required for manufacturing of the HYD Active (crystal) to ensure it delivers to (growing) demand, remains cost competitive, safe and at the right quality standards. Responsibilities: * Manage continuous improvement both in house and with toll manufacturers. * Identify and optimize product/process variables required for maximizing performance (availability, output, yield) * Support toller process steps: Identify and optimize product/process variables required for maximizing performance (availability, output, yield, quality) * Manage risk, timelines, and stakeholders in the execution of improvement projects * Implement Lean tools into operations to maximize value * Assists in setting, tracking, and meeting site goals.
