Overview The Graphic Designer position reports into the Manager, Creative Services and sits within the overall Marketing Communications / Corporate Marketing Team. The Creative Services Team is the brand guardian of the Konica Minolta, responsible for the creation, development and production of all key marketing assets. Responsibilities * Manage the creative process from concept to completion on a timely basis. * Provide the creation of high-quality digital and print design for internal Konica Minolta customers (i.e., Executive Leadership Team, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales, HR, etc.) * Develop collateral including, but is not limited to brochures, data/sell sheets, pocket guides, posters, PowerPoint presentations, print and web ads, as well as campaign/email and social media imagery. * Maintain and enforce brand guidelines and creative consistency. * Review creative from third parties to ensure that all deliverables fall in line with design standards and corporate brand guidelines. * Manage established timelines. Provide updates on the progress of each project and stage of their development and creation phase. * Maintain proficiency in InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator/Acrobat and Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint/Word). * Recommend required external resources and technology needed to execute assigned objectives. Qualifications * A minimum of 3 years creative services background - ideally a mix of agency and corporate * Bachelor's degree in Art and Graphic Design / Design Leadership / Interactive Design etc. * Proficient with computer programs, particularly InDesign and other multimedia packages, Microsoft Office applications etc. * Strong organizational skills, ability to follow up and high attention to detail * Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and fun, work environment Competencies * Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills * Strong relationship-building skills and an ability to engage in collaborative decision-making * Great project and time management skills * High level of motivation and initiative.
