Must be willing to work from the headquarters, located in Cleveland, TN. Are you an out of the box thinker? We need someone who integrates data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensures data accuracy and integrity and interprets data, conducts root cause analysis of business problems, or suggest areas for process improvements. Purpose As our Data Analyst, you will be part of a team that collects, processes, analyzes, and visualizes data to provide meaningful insights and inform decision-making for leadership, in accordance with all laws, regulations, and Century Park standards. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. Working Conditions * Subject to frequent interruptions. * Interaction with associates, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc., in various conditions. * May face hostile or emotionally upset residents, family members, etc. * Occasionally required to work beyond normal working hours. Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. * Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. * Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). * Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is highly desired. Specific Requirements * Excellent customer service and hospitality skills, especially over the phone. * Ability to work efficiently and independently with little to no supervision. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Highly organized with attention to detail. * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Proficient in all applicable competency areas. * Maintains professional relationships with all associates, vendors, etc. * Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or sensitive information. * Adheres to company policies, including harassment and compliance procedures. * Upholds Century Park's Code of Ethics and completes all required compliance training. Primary Job Responsibilities * Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in senior living operations. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and offer data-driven solutions. * Utilize statistical tools and techniques to interpret data and create predictive models for decision-making. * Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data quality control processes. Essential Functions * Effectively manage a variety of projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure. * Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. * Manage calendars and schedules effectively. * Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality. * Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude. * Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. * Maintain dependable, regular attendance. * Use reasoning skills and good judgment in decision-making. * Function as part of an interdisciplinary team. * Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, and reach intermittently during working hours. * Must be able to lift weight appropriate for the position.
