Purpose As our Data Analyst, you will be part of a team that collects, processes, analyzes, and visualizes data to provide meaningful insights and inform decision-making for leadership, in accordance with all laws, regulations, and Century Park standards. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. * Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. * Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). * Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is highly desired. Primary Job Responsibilities * Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in senior living operations. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and offer data-driven solutions. * Utilize statistical tools and techniques to interpret data and create predictive models for decision-making. * Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data quality control processes.
