Expected salary range of $82,800 to $92,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION The Senior Commercial Account Specialist is tasked with nurturing and expanding relationships with commercial clients, delivering exceptional customer service, analyzing data to pinpoint improvement opportunities, and partnering with internal teams to execute effective solutions. PRIMARY DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. • Proactively communicate with customers, building strong and lasting relationships. • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure all customer needs are met. • Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and developing relationships to increase revenue. • Develop and maintain accurate account records and reports, using company CRM software. • Manage an administrative group that is responsible for supporting the commercial service team to help maintain high customer service levels. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a commercial setting. • Excellent communication and people skills. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Ability to understand customer needs and requirements. • Experience with CRM software. • Ability to work as part of a team and independently. • Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage conflicts, and make strategic decisions.
