Amentum is seeking a dynamic and agile Program Coordinator to support the United States Space Forces Indo-Pacific Command (USSPACEFOR-INDOPAC) at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with key Air Force personnel systems, including MilPDS, BLSDM, PRDA, CMS, and MyDECS. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient management and support of data and systems. Essential Responsibilities: * Advise senior leadership on personnel strategies and plans to meet evolving mission requirements. * Build personnel-centric mission objectives and assess and report progress toward those goals. * Manage and maintain personnel records using MilPDS (Military Personnel Data System). * Utilize BLSDM (Base Level Service Delivery Model) to support personnel actions and processes. * Access and manage personnel records through PRDA (Personnel Records Display Application). * Develop and utilize case management and workflow processes using CMS (Case Management System). * Develop, advise, and report on personnel incentive (awards) programs using MyDECs (My Developmental Education and Career System) for career development and education tracking. * Provide technical training and support to personnel on the use of these systems. * Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all personnel systems. * Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve system functionality. Minimum Requirements: * Proven experience with MilPDS, BLSDM, PRDA, CMS, and MyDECs. * Strong understanding of Air Force personnel policies and procedures. * Excellent data management and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. * Must have an active Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university * Previous experience in a similar role within the Air Force/Space Force. * Certification or training in personnel systems management. The salary range for this position is $115K to $135K. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
