What You'll be Doing: * Screen resumes and conduct phone screens * Schedule/coordinate on-site interviews * Review candidate applications within the HR recruiting system * Conduct pre-employment screenings * Schedule new hires for orientation * Assist with orientation tasks as needed * Coordinate and attend internal/external hiring events as needed * May perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring with You (Qualifications): * Customer service skills. * Intermediate-level computer skills * Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel knowledge required * Strong attention to detail with the ability to concentrate and focus. * Demonstrated experience where accuracy and quality are the strict standard. * Organizational skills. * Works well independently and in a team environment. * Previous recruiting experience is preferred. * Must be available to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required
