Provides consultation and medical supervision to the clinical staff. Performs routine examinations, diagnoses and provides treatment for illnesses and injuries to promote the patients' overall well-being, and provides immunizations according to medical or school guidelines. Job Qualifications: EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS Completed residency training. EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS Doctoral Degree in Medicine or Osteopathy. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS American Heart Association, Basic Life Support-HCP, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification. Medical Physician Licensure through the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners SKILLS AND ABILITIES * Medical skills. * Computer software skills. * ICD-10 and CPT-4, working knowledge.
