The Lazard MBA Fellowship for Leadership in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion was created to help remove barriers to entry for those considering a career in Investment Banking and to recognize both traditional and non-traditional leaders in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion. The Fellowship aims to recognize those whose unique backgrounds and experiences have shaped their academic profile while also rewarding those leaders who have demonstrated a commitment to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in their communities. The Fellowship is awarded to a select group of outstanding first-year MBA students who have successfully completed the interview process and received an offer to join our U.S. Summer Associate Investment Banking Program. The Fellowship provides $30,000 toward the recipient's MBA Program in the spring of their first year, and an additional $45,000 financial reward upon receiving and accepting a full-time position following the Summer Associate Program.
