For more information, please visit our website at www.riversidemedicalclinic.com Summary: We are seeking a on-site Sr. Recruiter who will be responsible for providing full life cycle recruitment expertise to all assigned business units and hiring managers. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Essential duties include but not limited to: * Responsible for recruitment of assigned departments/positions * Responsible for recruitment of Nursing positions, critical to fill, and management positions * Facilitates the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening candidates * Presents qualified candidates to hiring managers * Assists hiring managers with posting requisitions to iCIMS and verifies appropriate approvals are entered * Maintains current listing of open positions and applicant status * Responsible for weekly/monthly recruitment reporting * Serves as a member of the HR team supporting facility initiatives * Assists with organizing recruitment open houses and off-site recruitment event * Conduct reporting on market trends, cost per hire, vacancy rate, and hiring data. * Assist hiring managers in developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies and techniques to attract qualified candidates Hours: * Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm Qualifications Experience and Education: * Minimum of five (5) years of continuing advanced responsibilities in Recruitment/Retention and Human Resources service disciplines for multi-sites and/or a large healthcare organization * Ambulatory Care recruitment experience highly preferred * Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field required * Human Resources Certificate, PHR, SHRMCP, CRS, CHCR, preferred This opportunity offers the following: * Challenging and rewarding work environment * Competitive Compensation & Generous Paid Time Off * Excellent Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Plans * 401(K) with company match and discounted stock plan * Career development opportunities within UHS and its 300+ Subsidiaries! * More information is available on our Benefits Guest Website: benefits.uhsguest.com Riverside Medical Clinic is a susbisdary of UHS, one of the nation's largest and most respected providers of hospital and healthcare services, Universal Health Services, Inc.
