Job Title: Clinical Research Associate Job Description Seeking a diligent Clinical Research Associate to join our team, focusing on Phase 1 oncology studies. The role involves comprehensive monitoring tasks from start-up through close-out, document management, site management, and participation in weekly update meetings. The position requires up to 40% travel with most activities conducted remotely. The ideal candidate will handle protocol amendments and ensure accurate data entry and follow-up. Hard Skills * Experience in monitoring clinical trials * Familiarity with DIA filing structure, naming, and coding * Ability to manage Trial Master Files (TMF) * Experience in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems Soft Skills * Strong communication skills for regular updates with sites * Ability to multitask and wear multiple hats in the role * Proactive in following up and ensuring task completion * Training and leadership skills Work Site This is a fully on-site position in San Diego, California.
