We are searching for an Associate Brand Manager (Temporary) to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL. Your Role: As an Associate Brand Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to develop integrated position strategies to commercialize new products and ensure maximum brand exposure. You will closely monitor competitive activity and media activity, and coordinate with brand management as well as internal and external resources regarding cost reduction projects. You will have the opportunity to: * Analyze current performance, trends, market conditions, and other contributing factors in making recommendations to achieve revenue goals. * Monitor competitive activity & consumption trends. * Collaborate with cross functional team to establish pricing on new product initiatives or price increases/decreases on current products amidst material cost changes. * Track media campaign metrics and performance. * Lead cross-functional teams to commercialize packaging/product changes as well as launch new line extensions to achieve plan commitments. * Engage and manage external resources as necessary to support new product development process. * Collaborate on concept/product testing to determine innovation potential. * Develop sales collateral materials and coordinate communication of new product plans to field sales. * Prepare and communicate project/business update reports to management. * Collaborate with team to develop integrated annual marketing plans for current base business and new products. * Manage advertising budget, including creating purchase orders and managing invoices for research and media vendors. * Develop internal communications to create excitement around Business Wins and New Product Introductions.
