Primary location: Portland, OR; Houston, TX; Denver, CO or Yukon, OK. We are also open to other locations. The Inventory Analyst will work closely with stakeholders and conduct reporting on stock in assigned region. They will utilize analysis to identify inventory trends and gaps, create recovery plans and implement with stakeholders. Responsibilities Track inventory variances and investigate root causes through analysis * Work closely with stakeholders to ensure corrective actions are addressed • Participates in stock taking audits and inventory reconciliation * Assists in the preparation and execution of a complete mid-year and year-end physical inventory count * Develop recovery plan based on gap analysis of inaccuracies and deviations from target inventory levels * Monitors usage of expedited material processes * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement system updates reporting tools to improve inventory efficiencies at site * All other duties assigned Qualifications Highschool Diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent * 1-3 years of experience in inventory business support, wind industry experience desirable * Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Intermediate to advanced SAP experience * Strong demonstrated IT system skills highly desired * Minimum 30% travel required between multiple sites; * Valid driver's license required * Organizational skills * Exposure to LEAN, Six Sigma a valuable asset Competencies Good oral and written communication * Excellent analytical interpretation and problem-solving • Essential behaviors: cooperation, collaboration, continuous improvement, flexibility, customer focused, active listener * Travel to job sites as required * Ability to translate data into useful information and executable actions What We Offer We offer an exciting job with great opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring, hard-working, and international work environment in the renewable energy sector. * We highly value initiative, responsibility and the right balance between creativity and quality in all solutions.
