Piper Companies is actively seeking a Electrical Engineer to join a global pharmaceutical organization that looks to provide solutions for chronic diseases. The Electrical Engineer will support the maintenance, operation and improvement of all site electrical systems. This will be a Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:30 PM position on the outskirts of the Raleigh, NC area. Responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer: * Evaluate electrical system designs and installations, products, components, capabilities, suitability and applications * Manage, design, and execute electrical system distribution, maintenance, upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects * Evaluate completed installations and observes operation to ensure conformance to design and equipment specification and compliance with safety standards * Supports Maintenance Technicians with troubleshooting of instruments, valves, VFDs, and Motor Starters * Configure VFDs and ensure integration with process automation system Qualifications of the Electrical Engineer: * B.S. in Electrical Engineering * 1-5 years of experience in an electrical, industrial manufacturing environment * Experience with voltages 480 and down * Electrical Distribution experience Compensation of the Electrical Engineer: * Compensation is flexible * Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Key Words: Electrical Engineer, Electrical Engineering, Bachelors, Pharma, Biopharmaceuticals, voltage, electrical distribution, troubleshoot, electrical system designs, Maintenance, valves, VFD, Motor Starter, manufacturing, industrial, VFD, Motor Starter, process automation #LI-KI1 #LI-ONSITE
