Job Responsibilities * Design, develop, and release of Audio/Infotainment components to meet project timing and requirements. * Provide program management skills to coordinate supplier and internal development in order to meet vehicle project timing. * Identify, investigate, communicate, and coordinate the closure of issues across departments and regions as needed. * Ensure best practices and lessons learned are implemented in the designs * Support vehicle builds at assembly plants * Determine root cause, short and long-term corrective actions for issues discovered during development * Monitor and help improve the quality of components in production. * Track cost and develop value-optimized designs Job Knowledge and Skills: * Experience in automotive design and release * Experience in automotive infotainment components such as Audio, Navi, Telematics, or Meter design a plus * Outgoing person able to create presentations and push new ideas through the company * Must be self-motivated, outgoing, and able to work with minimal direction. Years of Experience: * 3-4 years of experience in Engineering Education * Bachelor's degree in engineering is required Welcome to an open lane of possibility.
