Your Job Koch Capabilities is seeking an Administrative Partner to provide administrative support for Koch Fertilizer. This position involves extensive contact with various levels of internal personnel as well as external customers. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to work collaboratively with customers and admin peers. The candidate must be naturally curious, a continuous learner and advance in the adoption of existing and new technology to find ways of automating and simplifying work processes. Our Team The KGS Admin Partner team creates value by partnering with leaders and teams to provide proactive, elevated, and agile support, enabling them to focus on their core business. As an extension of the business, we strive to proactively anticipate needs to minimize opportunity cost. Maximize support capabilities to deliver excellent solutions that enable value creation while serving as a utility player to foster self-actualization and business transformation. What You Will Do * Provide administrative support to leadership team including, calendar, meeting, event and catering coordination, expense reports, domestic and international travel, and obtaining visa's * Serve as a change agent, manage and communicate any IT or related changes that may impact the team, understanding the impact and effectively communicating changes * Assist in supporting floor office duties such as mail distribution, shipments, identifying facilities related items, office and break room supply ordering and management, and employee move requests. * Coordinate large meetings and events that includes internal and external attendees in remote offices * Act as a liaison, problem solver, and facilitator as the first contact for the team. Working with office support capabilities such as IT, AV, Facilities, Ambassadors. * Providing support to additional Administrative Partners within the Admin Partner Capability Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Experience utilizing Microsoft office tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) * Successful history working collaboratively, bringing a positive customer focus mindset and ability to build meaningful relationships * Strong organization skills, with experience multi-tasking, prioritizing, and high attention to detail * Experience planning and executing events and managing small projects What Will Put You Ahead * Administrative experience working with large teams * Experience with calendar management within Microsoft Outlook At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
