Responsibilities * Oversee, manage, and support all processes related to job postings, onboarding, hiring, and employee life cycle changes. * Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations regarding postings, hiring, and terminations. * Provide expert support and assistance to managers and administrative staff. * Maintain accuracy of employee information across all HR systems. * Manage employee personnel files and oversee scanning processes to ensure comprehensive records. * Ensure all employment-related documents are current and accessible on the company portal, Connect, for managers and employees. * Monitor expiring work authorization documents, providing timely notifications to both employees and managers. * Generate employment-related reports and conduct detailed analysis, offering both strategic insights and technical support. * Propose and implement improvements to employment processes, enhancing communication methods between staff and management. * Draft comprehensive reports and provide technical support as necessary. * Stay informed about emerging HR technologies and innovations. Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience * A bachelor's degree is preferred * 3-5 years of experience in a role focused on employment processes. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines. * Expertise in utilizing HR systems and technologies. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Bluebeam. * Must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. * Detail-oriented with a keen ability to identify information discrepancies. * Customer service driven * Capable of working collaboratively within a team and independently. * Committed to maintaining confidentiality, discernment, and sound business judgment. * Skilled at prioritizing work assignments and comfortable seeking assistance when required. * Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, discernment, and business judgment.
