RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role you will be part of the Supplier Impact Maximization (SIM) team focused on an innovation project, which is responsible for partnering with key stakeholders within Kroger & 84.51° to understand & drive investment across the Kroger ecosystem. As Lead Business Development Consultant, you will be partnering with a cross functional team consisting of data scientists, consultants & engineers to drive the projects objectives. Additionally, you will be accountable for key workstreams with the project. This will include standing up each workstream, identify gaps and barriers, resolution & complete necessary deliverables to meet the workstreams objectives. This role also necessitates a drive for continuous improvement to build strong stakeholder relationships, translate data science into action, and manage overall project & team objectives. Key Work Plan Areas include: * SIM Integration: Spearhead the design and integration of SIM into current processes or develop new ones to boost the adoption of SIM tools, insights, and outputs within the business. * CPI (Kroger Sourcing) Integration: Oversee the transition from existing resources to SIM-developed outputs. * SIM Rollout: Collaborate with key stakeholders to launch SIM products, including education, awareness initiatives, leading by example, and providing support. * Product Conduit: Liaise with technical teams to enhance the product experience by identifying improvement opportunities. * Support Additional Workstreams: Assist with other prioritized workstreams as needed. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, creating clarity through ambiguity & mutli-functional engagements. A minimal of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required. * Strong critical & strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; data science technical acumen is essential. * Skilled at building trust, establishing partnerships, managing short/long term relationships, with proven record of cross-functional collaboration. * Experience with product rollouts & change management! * Organizing the chaos. Handling and pushing through ambiguity with speed & purpose. * Experience working with & across multiple stakeholders at all levels; Ability to filter through inputs to establish clear prioritization to drive project objectives. * Strong communication and technical skills * Education: Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred but not required) #LI-EB1
