Operations Project Manager To provide management and direction for projects and programs in Aircraft Commercial OE , ensuring that customer expectations and business value are delivered as per the business case. A PM provides an advanced level of project management practices and acts as a subject matter expert to all stakeholders associated with a project, helping understanding of the benefits of those practices and how they can be achieved. Responsibilities: * The delivery of large, complex projects in support of planned business value benefits. * The provision of advanced knowledge in the area of project management to Moog management, including development and application of Moog standards for structured project and change management processes. * The management of customer expectations of projects, in areas of schedule, costs, quality, scope, risk and benefits. * The efficient utilization of Moog resources in support of strategic business initiatives through planning and time management activities. * Applying learning and experience to all but the most difficult business and technical challenges requiring project management expertise, by use of advanced problem solving and people management skills. * Provision of effective liaison between Moog and external vendors. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor of Science degree in either a technical or business discipline. * Project management certification from a professional body. * A minimum of six (6) years of Progressive Experience in project management. * Must have excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with the ability to listen, question and understand end users' needs. * Lean Six Sigma Experience. * Project and program management skills and experience. * Some level of manufacturing experience. * Must have an advanced level of business acumen. * Moog's U.S. policy for internal job opportunities is that the employee must have completed at least 12 months in their current role to be eligible. If you do not meet this requirement, you will not be considered for this opportunity. The base pay range for this opportunity is $111,110. - $154,000. per year. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, competitive 401K plan with enhanced matching program, and many region-specific benefits. This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.
