Support Center - Irving Michaels is looking for a creative Talent Brand Specialist to elevate our employer brand through innovative strategies. As the visionary driving our recruitment efforts, you'll craft compelling narratives and create memorable experiences to engage top talent at universities and various recruiting events. Your excellent communication skills and inspirational drive will be pivotal in building relationships and effectively conveying our employer value proposition. Major Activities: Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing (50%) * Partner with the Employer Brand Manager to craft content, maintain paid media campaigns, and identify new opportunities to showcase our unique employer brand and EVP. * Collaborate cross-functionally to develop engaging content across various channels. * Monitor brand metrics and sentiment to recommend and implement future recruitment strategies. * Curate testimonials and success stories from employees to showcase externally. * Devise strategies to support recruitment marketing initiatives targeting diverse talent pools through multiple channels. * Optimize our careers website and craft eye-catching job postings to attract top-tier talent. University Relations (30%) * Foster university partnerships to amplify our presence across campuses. * Plan events, in-person and virtually, to connect with students at universities. * Analyze event metrics and recommend refinements to our campus recruitment approach. * Collaborate with faculty, career services, and student organizations to identify and implement engagement opportunities. * Plan and execute our summer internship program to create a memorable experience for interns and continue to develop our entry-talent pipeline. Candidate Experience (20%) * Schedule interviews and curate personalized itineraries for on-campus recruitment. * Responsible for travel logistics for recruitment teams attending career fairs and events. * Coordinate interview spaces and set up technology for presentations. * Handle reimbursements and invoices for recruitment expenses. Other duties as assigned Minimum Education * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum Type of Experience the Job Requires * 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition support. Other * Strong project management and organizational skills. * Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. * A customer service mindset with a knack for relationship-building. * Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
