Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate the preparation and packaging of catering orders, ensuring accuracy and quality. * Act as a liaison between the kitchen staff and the catering delivery team. * Monitor food presentation and packaging to ensure it meets company standards. * Oversee the timely delivery of catering orders to event locations. * Assist with inventory management and order supplies as needed. * Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained. * Address any issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively. * Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, delivery personnel, and event coordinators.
