This role is pivotal in developing and executing business plans to achieve brand volume, profit, and share objectives. You will stay attuned to market trends to devise strategies that propel the Monogram brand forward. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, PR, Finance, Product Management, and Senior Leadership, to navigate complex issues and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Commercial Director, Monogram, while working in conjunction with the Brand Development Senior Manager for Monogram. Position Senior Brand Specialist- Monogram Location USA, Louisville, KY How You'll Create Possibilities Key Responsibilities * Business Analysis and Reporting: Lead business analysis and reporting to stay on top of brand dynamics. * Creative Collaboration: Partner with the Consumer eCommerce and social teams to enhance Monogram's digital and social presence. * Customer Experience: Collaborate with Displays, Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, and Contract Pro Channel Marketing teams to execute exceptional webroom and showroom experiences. * NPI Planning and Communication: Develop and execute all New Product Introduction (NPI) planning and communication packages for field sales teams. * Consistent Messaging: Ensure consistent messaging and coordination across product lines for the SKU portfolio, both in store and online. * Competitive Analysis: Interface with product teams, customer marketing team, and sales to understand luxury competitive dynamics and support strategic brand positioning. * Pricing and Distribution Strategies: In close cooperation with pricing, marketing, and sales, support the brand team in developing pricing and distribution strategies in line with luxury trade promotions. * Field Sales Communication: Lead primary communication with field sales and Salesforce.com. * Go-to-Market Programming: Execute Monogram's go-to-market programming, including SPIFFS, volume rebates, consumer rebates, pricing, and trade registrations. * Event Collaboration: Collaborate to execute trade shows, activations, conferences, and training activities as required. What You'll Bring to Our Team Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. * 5 years of Marketing or Commercial experience. * Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute critical tasks in a dynamic environment. * Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills. * Must be willing and able to travel to GE Appliances sites, customers, and agencies as needed. Preferred Qualifications * Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited university or college. * Appliances Field Sales experience. * Demonstrated success in collaboration and teamwork, with the ability to influence and partner cross-functionally. * High level of self-motivation and initiative. * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
